- 1How long will a course be available after I purchase it? The purchased course will be available for 90 days.
- 2Do I have to go through a course in one session? You can leave and re-enter a course at any time during the 90 days it is accessible.
- 3How do I complete a lesson? You cannot skip lessons. Every lesson has to be watched until the end at least once in order to proceed.
- 4Can I re-watch lessons I already completed? Lessons can be watched again.
- 5What do I get when I pass the final exam? On completing the final exam, the learner is granted a personalised digital certificate of completion for the particular course.
- 6What happens if I fail at the final exam? The exam can be retaken once. If both tries fail, no certificate will be issued.
- 7How many questions does the exam have? Each exam consists of ten questions. You need to answer seven correctly in order to pass the exam.
- 8Does the exam have multiple choice questions? Yes, all ten questions are multiple choice questions. Only one answer per question is correct.
- 9Do the quizzes at the end of a chapter count against my final exam score? The quizzes at the end of each chapter are not relevant for receiving the certificate.
